The Energy management course was a wonderful experience . I learned the importance of focusing on myself, setting healthy boundaries and managing my energy. I also learned that grounding helps us feel safe and that meditation has many benefits for our wellbeing. The course helped me understand how to apply these techniques in my daily life and support others finding balance. Overall, it was a very positive and insightful experience. A special thank you to Majella for her knowledge and guidance.

If you’re looking for your path in life and considering a holistic massage course, I highly recommend Green Tara College… I came within a hair’s breadth of ending up at a different massage school, but thankfully everything led me to Green Tara. I’m grateful that the universe guided me right here, under the wing of incredible teachers, to a place from which you leave not only with a massage qualification and essential knowledge, but also with something truly special on a spiritual level. A beautiful and incredibly precious time, for which I am immensely grateful; a wonderful, family-like atmosphere; a personalised approach to everyone; and a wealth of experience and knowledge.
